Government & Education Division

The Government and Education Division of RWA has specialized in the design, development, implementation and installation of Public Sector application software since 1982. Our client base includes Municipalities, Water Pollution Control Authorities, Boards of Education, and Police Departments in a number of states eventhough our largest base of customers is in CT. Our staff continually participates in professional training classes and professional organizations dealing with the public sector marketplace. These groups include the GFOA, CASBO, CAAO( Connecticut Assessors Association) and the CTX (Connecticut Tax Collectors Association) to name a few. As appropriate, RWA actively seeks out contact with State agencies and departments such as the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management and the Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure compliance of our GEMS software products.

We offer this software exclusively using the IBM iSeries and more recently Windows/NT (see our official Statement of Direction) servers .
