TAX CAMA Bridge
RWA has written optional interfaces with many real estate CAMA systems. These systems include but are not limited to CLT, SLF and MMC. Our GEMS CAMA bridge program can be run on demand to transport information entered into a CAMA system and migrate it to the GEMS Property Tax Administration system. This system provides complete editing facilities to validate all updates as well as new data being introduced to the Assessment master files. As long as the CAMA system you have purchased can provide a data file and record layout readable on an IBM or IBM compatible personal computer or AS/400, we can interface your CAMA data to our application module.
