JMAS2000 provides you with the kind of customer sales service you wish your vendors gave you.  The system produces and tracks estimates which can be linked to quotes.  Customer quotes and inquiries are tracked and created.  All of this information is retrieved by the order entry system.  Then used to create customer order acknowledgements, order backlog reports, and sales reports.  The close interface with engineering insures accuracy in quoting and making customer orders.

The Order Entry portion of the System provides step by step controls of orders from entry, through production, to shipping and billing.  Flexibility is a key ingredient in the system.  Order information can easily be changed or adjusted until the order is billed.  Immediate results are evident from the start as jobs are tracked through invoicing with up to the minute status based on actual production.  The system will also update inventory for orders to be placed into stock or shipped out of stock.
