Inventory
Control
This
application used in conjunction with Job Management/Costing
and Purchasing is a solid tool to manage inventory levels
and requirements. Inventory Control tracks on hand, allocated,
and on order stock quantities. The application is used to
monitor and reorder stocked items.
Some Features Are:

Character stock id (alpha numeric).
- Character
stock description.
- Multiple
warehousing.
- Group
codes and storage location for functional stock reporting
and inventory management.
- Timely
processing of stock issues, receipts and adjustments.
- Labels
available for stock identification.
- Inventory
levels segregated by quantities on hand, on order, and
allocated.
- Accommodates
physical to perpetual inventory adjustments and provides
audit trails.
- Minimum/maximum
stock quantities maintained.
- Maintains
segregated inventories for both manufactured parts and
raw materials.
- Stock
status and transaction registers provide audit trails.
- Re-order
reports and where used reporting.
